We build

We build what we would like to have.

what we would like to have.

Safety is not a marketing word

Safety starts with responsibility. At Fixum, employees always come first. That is why occupational health and technical safety regulations are not aspirations or guidelines to us. They are the standard. And we never compromise on them.

The industry is changing. Products, machines and structures are becoming larger, heavier and more complex. As a result, the risks are increasing too. Fixum offers a solution: safe, certified systems designed from the ground up to protect people and processes.

We keep the entire process under one roof. Fixum designs, develops, certifies, builds and assembles in accordance with the latest standards, guidelines and safety requirements. This gives us control over every step and means we know exactly what is being made, how it is being built and which requirements it must meet.

Because true safety is not achieved by eliminating risks afterwards. It starts with the design, is safeguarded throughout the build and only ends once the system has demonstrably met the highest standards.

One standard. One accountable partner. One certified solution. Fixum.

Origins

FIXUM was born from real-world experience. Not in a lab, but on the construction site itself. Created by people who saw where things went wrong and decided there had to be a better way.

Craftsmanship as starting point

Good design does not begin behind a desk. It begins in practice. That is why our solutions are developed by skilled professionals who understand how materials behave, how structures are built and, above all, how something needs to perform under real-world conditions. By tradespeople, for tradespeople.

From the first digital simulation and engineering calculation to a scale model, full-size prototype and practical testing, every step serves a clear purpose. We combine hands-on experience with material analysis, structural calculations and engineering validation. We build, measure, test and improve. The results are fed back into the design, allowing us to make targeted improvements where needed. Because it does not just need to work on screen. It needs to prove itself in the field.

We go beyond individual test setups. We recreate complete test environments, allowing our systems to be tested under realistic conditions. From the first movements to final field tests in the exact conditions for which the solution is intended.

The entire team is involved. A designer does more than create drawings. They also build and assemble. A tradesperson brings practical experience directly into the design process. This ensures that knowledge is shared and applied throughout the entire process, rather than remaining within a single discipline.

We design with our hands, validate with data and improve through practical experience. The result is not a theoretical solution, but a robust system that works.
